Returns Policy
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be completely unopened and in its original condition.
• Returns must be sent to our processing partner at:

We do not require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers, and we currently do not provide pre-paid return labels for general returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing after the return is received.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, we may not be able to process your refund.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at info@mycolife.us with the details of your order. Depending on the circumstances:
• We may provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
• We may or may not require the return of the incorrect or damaged item.
• If a return is required due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
Return Shipping Costs
For general returns (not due to an error on our part), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our end, such as an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
